It is no secret that going for facials weeks before an event is not the best thing to do. The reason being is that shortly after a facial, your skin performs its own detox and slowly releases toxins which means the skin may appear more spotty or aggravated post facial.
That being said, the best preparation a bride-to-be can do to ensure they have a flawless visage on their wedding day, is to begin a course of facials at least 6 months before the big day. Done on a 6 week rota, the course of 6 facials will guarantee skin perfection long before the wedding, and can be easily maintained at home with the right products.
My Premae Plush Therapy Extraction Facial has fast become a monthly must-have for women serious about clean, firm skin. The ‘double cleanse’ starting with Radiance Boost Cleansing Oil gently massages the skin and instantly opens the pores. Followed by Ultimate SIlk Cleansing Milk applied to an electronic cleansing brush, to deep cleanse the skin tissue and stimulate the cells.
The Plush Therapy Extraction Masque is applied, to begin the extraction process with the aid of a hot face towel for 5 minutes, whilst I perform a complimentary head or foot massage. Once the masque is rinsed off, the Plush Therapy Mild Dermabrasion Scrub is applied in circular motions to delicately remove dead skin cells.
I then manually perform the extraction of blackheads and trapped oil, dirt, pus and toxins the traditional method using my fingers and tissues. Once I’m certain the skin is clean, I tighten the pores using Balance Rescue Face Tonique and finish the treatment with a face and neck massage using the desired Premae Creme Balm and Serum to suit my clients skin type.
This thorough treatment has become a staple 6 weekly must-have for women and men serious about natural anti-ageing and flawless nuptial skin.
