It’s not everyday you witness a real life enchanted garden masterpiece complete with a fairylike bride, within the wedding world. This season Amie Bone has pulled out all the stops to take the wedding world by storm and captivate brides-to-be at The National Wedding Show, on their wedding planning quest. It was certainly a sight to hold!

Working to the theme of ‘Enchanted Garden’ and taking a nod from Shakespeare’s Midsummer’s Night Dream and Frances Hodgson Burnett’s The Secret Garden, 22 members of Amie Bone’s team committed over 2,000 hours to transform her vision into a floral masterpiece. Amie’s latest instalment featured 1,500 hydrangeas, 10,000 roses and 500 delphiniums amongst other beautiful blooms, flown in from around the world – Holland, Africa, Columbia, America and Canada.

Amie worked in collaboration with other industry greats to pull off this masterpiece. Chantal Mallet provided the bespoke peach coloured couture fairytale gown for Amie’s Enamour creation (with the real life fairy princess nestled admist the spectacular creation). Duchess and Butler provided the opulent tableware, and Rendezvous Events supplied the lighting that set the stage so beautifully. The images were gorgeously captured by San of SanShine Photography.

Says Amie, ‘Enamour has been in my head for months and it’s amazing to see it finally come to life. I want guests at the show to enjoy our creation. I also hope it inspires brides and ignites love and romance in them’.

We hope you managed to make it down to the show to witness it yourself. If you didn’t, then the images will help to wet your appetite!
